Service Scope

The AI Mechanic provides professional AI project deployment services, cloud infrastructure setup, and technical consulting. Each project engagement is unique and governed by a custom proposal that outlines specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing.

Services include but are not limited to: deployment of no-code and custom AI applications, Google Cloud Platform infrastructure setup, custom domain configuration, SSL certificates, database setup, API integrations, and ongoing technical support.

Intellectual Property Rights

Your work remains 100% yours. All intellectual property, code, designs, ideas, and deliverables created for your project belong exclusively to you upon full payment.

We retain no rights to your intellectual property and will not reuse, share, or repurpose any custom work created specifically for your project.

Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are available upon request and can be signed before any project details are shared.

Confidentiality & NDAs

All client information, project details, business ideas, and technical implementations are treated as strictly confidential. We maintain professional confidentiality standards for all engagements.

If you require additional legal protection, we're happy to sign a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement before discussing your project in detail.

Payment & Pricing

Each project receives a custom proposal with transparent, fixed-price or hourly pricing based on scope. Payment terms are outlined in the individual project proposal.

Typical payment structure includes:

• Upfront deposit to begin work (usually 30-50%)
• Milestone payments for larger projects
• Final payment upon delivery and approval

We accept payment via bank transfer, PayPal, and credit cards. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with the deliverables and we cannot resolve issues through revisions, you may be eligible for a refund based on the terms outlined in your project proposal.

Our goal is your success. We'll work with you to ensure the final deployment meets your requirements and expectations.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable infrastructure, The AI Mechanic is not liable for damages resulting from third-party service outages (Google Cloud, domain registrars, etc.), changes in external APIs, or misuse of deployed systems.

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project in question.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
